Featuring a varied selection of beautiful Sherries - moving through the dry collection, toasty & oaky offerings, and ending with a Gonzalez Byass Vermouth, made with a blend of Oloroso & Pedro Ximénez sherries.
Paired with 5 beautifully curated dishes, especially made to accentuate each of the unique flavourings and characteristics of the sherries.
