I have an allergy, can I change a particular ingredient?

Due to the current situation, we'll be working with a limited number of our team to bring you this exciting new tapas box. Therefore we're unable to cater for dietary requirements or edits to dishes. 

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to almost all of Nottingham! Once you have added your items to the basket and begun the checkout process, if you're within the radius, the delivery options will be visible to you.

I'm not sure when I can collect my order / when my order will be delivered to me

Once you have selected your items and gone through the checkout process, you will be asked if you'd like to collect your order or have it delivered to you. 


The date you select - Saturday 13th March - will also have a drop-down menu of times you can choose to collect or have your order delivered.


Please come to collect your order at any time within the window you have selected/be at home ready to receive your Iberico World Tapas box. 


We will do our best to remind you closer to the time, but please keep the date and time safe in your diary as well.

What do I do with the Iberico World Tapas Box when I receive it? Will I have to do a lot of cooking?

When you have received your tapas box, please put all items in the fridge. 
All items will be labelled, making it easy to see which item is for which dish.
When you decide you would like your meal, simply scan the QR code on the card insert for instructions on how to reheat elements and assemble your dishes - don't worry, we will have done all the fiddly bits!

Can I add more items to my order on the collection/delivery day?

Unfortunately no. We will only be making enough of every item that has been ordered, we won't be making any extras. 

If you decide you want to order more after submitting your first order (before the deadline), that is not a problem! You will receive confirmation emails for both orders which you will need to bring with you when you collect them.

Can I pick my order up or have it delivered on a different time or day?

As we are not open due to Covid-19, we are unable to cater for more collection/delivery days due to our team not working full time. Therefore, we can only offer the collection and delivery day and times listed above.

Can I use a gift card to pay for this meal?

We are afraid not! 
Our gift cards can only be redeemed through our restaurant till system so we are unable to take online payments with them.

If your gift card has expired or is due to expire whilst we are still closed, rest assured it will be extended to the end of this current year (2021).

How long can the dishes keep for? 

Your tapas dishes will keep for up to 3 days in the fridge - please follow the instructions for your meal by scanning the QR code on your order box.

Can I change my order?

As our team will not be at the restaurant every day, we'll be unable to amend or change orders once they have been placed. Please check your order carefully before submitting it.

What do I need to bring with me as proof of identification and purchase, when I collect my order?

We will need your name and order number from your confirmation email. 
We recommend having your confirmation email handy when collecting your order so we (and yourself) can check your order items.

If you have ordered alcohol as an extra item, we must ask for your ID if you look below the age of 25.
